Log:
- Update to version 1.03 and thus undeprecate
- Install complete set of files
- Merge `post-install' (for docs) with `do-install'
- Utilize DATADIR and DOCSDIR macros in pkg-plist
- Reformat Makefile header
- Kill attribution in pkg-descr
