Log:
The globus build requires GNU tar (or at least a tar named gtar) so add
an appropriate BUILD_DEPEND.
Create a variable, TMPBINDIR, to hold ${WRKDIR}/tmpdir to keep things
consistant.
Remove a useless comment.
