Log:
Add gnome_prefix.sh that will fix the ~/.* files' path correct for GNOME's
transfer of new prefix home from X11BASE to LOCALBASE. Also, fix the
version numbers for a few of apps such as epiphany/2.14 -> epiphany/2.16.
