Second try to fix the pygst.pyc to avoid multimedia/quodlibet pokes on this
file when quodlibet installed. Generate the file in ${PYTHON_SITELIBDIR}
rather
than in ${WRKSRC} that seems help. Bump the PORTREVISION.
