Hm. Not quite. ;-)

Just a few lines below your change I can stil read the following:

"... <application>&partitionmagic;</application> is the only one of
the above applications that can resize <acronym>NTFS</acronym>
partitions.</para> ... "
See, "grep" isn't perfect ... err, my grep strings aren't, or
something. Thanks!
I am afraid today is my "nitpicking day" ... ;-)

But now this paragraph tells us that all these tools (including
Partition Magic) can only resize FAT16 and FAT32 partitions
and doesn't mention NTFS partitions at all.

So maybe we should change the last sentence in this paragraph into
something like this:

... All these tools can resize FAT16 and FAT32 partitions used in
MS-DOS through Windows ME. Additionally GParted and Partition
Magic are able to resize NTFS partions (used in Windows NT through
Windows 2000/XP/Vista) too...

See, I don't like this. Mainly I recall a magazine discussing a
"WinFS" to replace NTFS in Vista. Has it happened? I don't know,
honestly. In fact, I don't want to say that Partition Magic will
work this way, my testing has only shown Partition Magic to resize
Windows NT 3, 4, and 2K. I have not been able to test it on XP
(girlfriend won't let me), or Vista. So there is a fear of me
listing NTFS with confidence, yet, my version is at least three
years old.

I'll come up with something or other ... does it work on
OS/2? ;)

Shouldn't you be able to get what Partition Magic supports from Symantec's website? http://www.powerquest.com/home_homeoffice/products/overview.jsp?pcid=sp&pvid=pm80

They state that Windows NT, 98, Me is supported, along with 2000 and XP, so I assume that it is able to resize NTFS partitions on at least NT, 2000 and XP.

Regards!
