Thanks for the explanation.  I've replaced the linux-emulation specific
sysctl now with a reference to `security.bsd.see_other_uids=0', which we
already use as an example in `/etc/sysctl.conf'.

This should be a lot safer than a sysctl knob which can trigger panics!
