Log:
- Use provided WX_CONFIG instead of local WXCONFIG.
- Use WANT_UNICODE instead of WX_UNICODE since it can be compiled with the
non-Unicode version.
- Use ARCH instead of MACHINE_ARCH to possibly allow cross-compiling.
