Yes.  That's the policy of the project.  I double checked Pawel's
defaults before he committed, and they seemed sane to me.

The project has made a policy decision to treat CDDL code like we
treat GPL'd code for the time being.  This is the first set of CDDL
code to hit the tree, and I believe it implements this policy.
