Log:
- Update to 1.0.4.
- Remove unnecessary FETCH_DEPENDS.
- Add install of viewvc.conf and cvsgraph.conf without overwriting user
modified files and save them on port deinstall.
- Remove patch-viewvc-install file and pkg-message messages.
