A CTO once said to me in perfect dead pan way:  "They only people
we can't get to sign a NDA is our laywers, but they say I shouldn't
worry about that."

I agree with Sam, talk to them, explain that the NDA needs to allow you
to release the driver or the effort will be pointless.
