I tried it, it wasn't effective.
I tried here and it works to get it stays on libexif.so.12. It's how got
me to reply to this committed. :-) Did you replace from GNU_CONFIGURE=yes
to USE_AUTOTOOLS=libtool:15?
BTW update to 0.6.15 is pending maintainer approval, again with a
shmajor bump.
Hope it will have ltverhack then.
