FreeBSD ports repository (src committer)

Log:
- Update to 7.0 (to sync with other Mesa libraries).
- Do not remove HAVE_POSIX_MEMALIGN from configuration files
where posix_memalign(3) is actually available.
- Use amd64-specific configuration file for amd64 build. It gives
slightly better performance because it uses amd64 assembly code
in some places.
