What does this mean in practice? If portmgr/doceng does not respond in 7
days, one should/can turn to core?
It's about voting on new committer proposals.
That's ok, but what if it does not happen? I've never had any troubles
with portmgr
answers, you always react quickly, I'm just interested what happens if
somehow the
7 days is reached.
