Log:
- There are some problems to run configure since 2.x update, so, fix it now
- Bump PORTREVISION because of previous reason
- Add --no-QQ-check on CONFIGURE_ARGS to permit package build
- Remove MANUAL_PACKAGE_BUILDING
- Add a note on pkg-message allerting user that it needs qmail built with
QMAILQUEUE patch applied.
