Actually, this is not the only place, where libc refers to the now-nscd
using its old "cached" name, so correcting this macro only won't fix the
problem. Actually, most of the API in lib/libc/net/nscache.c and
lib/libc/net/cachedcli.c should be changed to use the new name. I'll
handle this.
