Log:
Trim release notes for 7.0 to remove items for features, bugfixes,
etc. that appeared in prior FreeBSD releases. This change is based on
reviewing the release notes for 6.1-RELEASE and 6.2-RELEASE.
There's still some more work to be done here but this is a good
checkpoint.
