Log:
- Allow support for choosing an alternate download
location instead of pear.php.net, which was
hard-coded in bsd.pear.mk. Custom install/deinstall
scripts are also enabled which allow calling
"pear channel-add/channel-delete" as needed.
- Bump PORTREVISION
