Strange thing. My `/etc/sgml/xml-docbook-4.1.cat' had an entry CATALOG /usr/share/sgml/openjade-1.3/catalog which messed things up. After I removed it, everything seemed to be ok. I am not sure where this entry is from, maybe it is due to updating from 7.2 rather than newly installing 7.3. It might be worthwhile to keep this problem in mind, in case we get any bug reports about the docu not building on RH7.3.
