  Log:
  Minor variants of some Hugs modules for use with hierarchical libraries:
  
  * longer module names
  
  * IO: deleted hRead, hPutStrLn and hPrint (all defined in System.IO)
  
  * ST & LazyST:
        - sound type for stToIO, exported RealWorld (like GHC)
        - renamed unsafeIOtoST as unsafeIOToST
        - added modifySTRef
