Log:
Changes to the mechanism for "publishing" the distributions generated
by the nightly build so that we can use scp rather than just cp to
copy the files. Now PUBLISH_DIR can be something on a remote host,
eg. [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/haskell/ghc/dist/current
We now use this to publish the results of the MSR nightly builds on
haskell.org.
