Improve the error message for irreducible constraints on inferred
types in +98 mode.
Formerly:
Prelude> "abc" + "def"
ERROR - Illegal Haskell 98 class constraint in inferred type
*** Expression : "abc" + "def"
*** Type : Num [Char] => [Char]
Now changed to
Prelude> "abc" + "def"
ERROR - Cannot derive instance
*** Instance : Num [Char]
*** Expression : "abc" + "def"
Messages for explicitly given types are unchanged.
