- use FPTOOLS_FIND_{SORT,FIND}
- try out HUGS_TRY_DYNLINK([-shared]) before HUGS_TRY_DYNLINK([-shared -fPIC])
gcc-mingw, gcc-cygwin doesn't want to be given -fPIC, hence the change.
If this mod is upsetting for other plats, let me know & I'll figure out
another way of handling this.
