Log:
Nuked conditionals guarding install paths for "windows" and "dos"
targets, I can't see their purpose and they introduce a dependency on
GNU make. If they turn out to be necessary, this should be handled
differently (via @IAmAMakeCommentCharacterOnlyForWinDozePlatforms@ :-).
