SystemExts.getEnvironment could be added to System.Environment.
Seems reasonable to me.
POpen is subsumed by System.Process. Well, maybe we want to add
something with a similar API to POpen.popen, but that's pretty easy.
object-io, graphics and win32 are subsumed by the new hierarchical
versions, aren't they?
For the rest, I think we should deprecate them anyway. Respective
maintainers can provide hierarchical versions, preferably in the form of
Cabal packages.
