Am I right in thinking that the plain "regex.h" is expected to belong
to the OS, whereas the "regex/regex.h" variant refers to the one
whose code is in libraries/base/cbits? Would it be wrong for nhc98
to always use the latter? Is there some likely speed advantage to
the OS-supplied version?
