I think that pretty much covers it.  It'll prevent people going down the
xmltex blind-alley (I did that too, but gave up earlier than Claus did).

Sven, as DocBook/XML king, do you agree?

Seems OK to me, but perhaps we can disable xmltex only on WinDoze builds?
