Reduce the use of dyn-bound haskell-indent-info.
(haskell-indent-push-col): Don't duplicate info.
(haskell-indent-line-indentation): Handle let-in-do. Remove dead code.
(haskell-indent-inside-comment): Move rest of code from
haskell-indent-indentation-info.
