* Be more careful what is re-exported from XmlContent module.
Especially for DtdToHaskell-generated code, we do not want clashes with
the internals of HaXml's representation types. This commit reduces the
number of visible types that could clash, but there still remain a few,
which probably ought to be renamed in DtdToHaskell itself.
