Two sizes of source bundle:
make tar builds a hugs98 bundle with Hugs + (base, haskell98, Cabal).
Other library packages can each be a separate bundle.
make tarplus builds a hugs98-plus bundle including lots of packages.
make rpm is based on the plus package (I hope).
