patch applied (packages/Win32): hide re-exported System.Win32.Types names

  * hide re-exported System.Win32.Types names
  
  These symbols defined in System.Win32.Types are re-exported by
  System.Win32.NLS.  Hiding them removes a multiple-import warning.
