After building GHC is it enough to just do:
$ cd unix
$ make html
You should probably 'make html' in libraries/. The error message you get above
is because Haddock is looking for the base.haddock file generated by running
Haddock on the base package.
P.S. What libraries will be moved out of GHC for 6.6?
I'm still working on that, I'll make some announcement when I have it pinned
down.
