As discussed on IRC, this isn't specific to GHC, so I think it would be
more useful if packaged up as its own cabal package so that it could be
easily used for other applications too.

I'm not quite sure what to do with nofib-analyse. It would be
interesting to extend it to be able to read similar stats from other
compilers, so comparisons between compilers can be made (as Neil is
doing with Yhc), but I'm not sure if it should be bundled in the nofib
repo or packaged separately.
