Which is a page you wrote on the old Haskell wiki, but perhaps we

It contains some implementation notes and a rather lengthy section
about how PIC & dynamic linking works on different platforms. Some
things are still missing completely, and it requires more info about
the implementation, but it's a start.
I haven't even started talking about the implications for the build
system, which is the area where I am most eager to have other people
do the hard work...
Feedback is very welcome, I have no idea whether I'm making sense or
leaving out important things.
