What were the problems with the MkDLL project? Would it be easier to
resurrect MkDLL using LINK.exe? I am currently implementing *both*
MS linkers: for static libraries (the default), Win-GHC will use
LIB.exe; for dynamic libraries, LINK.exe, of course. I just don't
know what needs to be done for LINK to produce DLLs.
