510. Fixes for the "pc" cz and sk XKB maps:
- readded cz_qwerty (but new pc/ style) map
- added bskl variant missing in cz_qwerty and sk, sk_qwerty
- fixed keypad decimal key definition to affect only defined group
in cz, cz_qwerty
- missing SPCE definition readded to sk, sk_qwerty
(#5478, Kamil Toman).
