730. Fixes from the DRI CVS:
- Don't segfault when spec or fog stride is 0.
- Don't set RADEON_SURF_TRANSLATION_DIS for framebuffer aperture
byte swapping on big endian machines; doesn't work with R200 and
later chips.
- Improve AGP workaround for pre-R200 chips.
