903. Fix some bugs with Xft drawing to non-Render enabled servers:
- Drawing monochrome glyphs had an infinite loop.
- XftGlyphSpecCore failed to render some glyphs, leading to application
crashes from uninitialized values.
(#A.1608, Keith Packard, reported by Nalin Dahyabhai).
