947. Luit fixes:
- Fix a bug with --encoding being too strict with the syntax.
- Add a -x flag that causes luit to exit as soon as the child does.
- Update the man page to synchronise with Tomohiro's work on XTerm.
(#5643, Juliusz Chroboczek).
