xterm #174
* work-around for XFree86 bug which made XDefineCursor() on a
shell-window no longer work. The tek4014 emulation used this. Use
the next lower window (report by Karl Rudolf Bauchspiess).
* add a resource setting to control whether the extended window
operations should be allowed, e.g., resize, iconify, report window
attributes. This is to accommodate people who are not capable of
using a pager to view log-files.
