Development - 2004/3/16 - XFree86 4.4.99.2
* remove call to ShowCursor from SetCursorBlink() since that is
redundant, and can cause display glitches if the cursor is already
blinking (XFree86 Bugzilla #1158, patch/report by Andreas Schwab).
