77. Add an "AllowNoCntl" option to the elographics driver, which allows the
driver to be used with some other protocols (like the SmartSet 2500s)
which share the same default protocol (Bugzilla #1332,
Tristan Van Berkom).
76. Fix a problem where the elographics driver gets out of sync under heavy
loads (Bugzilla #1332, Tristan Van Berkom).
