162. Install new pc/hu symbols file (#6576, Szilveszter Adam).
161. Add an option for fixing flickering and blank screen problems for
iBooks (#6527, Emmanuel Dreyfus).
160. Updates for the vmware driver:
- Save and restore the ID register.
- Send the cursor hot spot for both alpha and core cursors, fixing
host-cursor mode.
- Allow any reasonable bpp if 8BIT_EMULATION is set, supporting
non-host depths.
(#6522, Nolan Leake).
