78. Several fixes for XKB:
- Off-by-one errors in XKBMAlloc.c.
- Shrink tables instead of only growing them.
- Fix various vmodmap vs modmap cut and paste bugs.
- Improve synthesized core X events for reporting XKB changes to
XKB-unaware clients.
