* gtkhtml.c (child_size_allocate): use
html_object_calc_abs_position_in_frame instead of
html_object_calc_abs_position, it fixes the nested iframes
geometry
* htmlobject.c (html_object_calc_abs_position_in_frame): new
helper function to calculate absolute position in object's frame
