* data/ui/ipod-ui.xml: added new ui file containing the iPod context
menu
* lib/rb-util.c: check if the widget we got from the UI manager isn't
NULL before using it as a popup menu
* sources/rb-ipod-source.c: added the possibility to 'rename' and
'eject' an iPod
