Log message:
* libbalsa/mailbox.c: sort IMAP mailboxes correctly (part of the
information returned by the imap server was ignored at this level).
* src/balsa-app.c: really respect the "remember passwd" check box.
* src/balsa-index.c: do not re-sort on index close.
