Log message:
* Updated all devices to support additive style attributes
* Changed encoding in GSpeech to latin-1 after noticing missing
number announcements for sliders when using utf-8 (same kludge as other
devices for the time being)
* Completed support for additive styles
* Corrected rounding/truncation bug for settings percentage sliders
