Avoid gmcs compiler error by referring to disk instance as a field.
* src/Banshee.Dap/Ipod/UnsupportedDatabaseView.cs:
* src/PlayerInterface.cs: Replace invalid anonymous method syntax that
causes gmcs to fail with correct C# 2.0.
