Log message:
Use current encoding while decoding URLs. A lot of those nasty html filter
exceptions (System.FormatException: Input string was not in the correct format)
should be gone now.
If they still show up, make sure you have a recent mono (mono bug #77931
[http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77931]).
