* beast-gtk/bstfiledialog.c: import MIDI files via
bst_project_import_midi_file().
* beast-gtk/bstbseutils.[hc]: provide bst_project_import_midi_file(),
which ensures properly setup songs (with mixer and no orphaned parts).
